小型树枝粉碎机电控式发动机过载保护装置研究

Research on Engine Overload Protection Device of Electronic Control for Small Branch Crusher

  • 摘要: 针对小型树枝粉碎机上机械式发动机过载保护装置安装调试不便和维护间隔短的问题,提出电控式发动机过载保护方案,单片机通过整流电路与电压比较电路获取发动机实时转速,发动机实时转速小于预设的发动机过载转速时,单片机使树枝喂入装置的离合器分离,粉碎装置继续粉碎已喂入的树枝,待发动机转速恢复后,单片机使树枝喂入装置重新运转,以此实现电控式发动机过载保护。试验表明该装置采集的发动机转速准确,在不依赖额外传感器的条件下实现了树枝粉碎机发动机过载保护功能,有效解决目前小型树枝粉碎机过载保护装置安装调试不便和维护间隔短的问题。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of inconvenient installation and short maintenance interval of the mechanical engine overload protection device on the small branch crusher,the electronic control engine overload protection scheme is proposed.The MCU obtains the real-time engine speed through rectifier circuit and voltage comparison circuit.When the real-time engine speed is less than the preset engine overload speed,the MCU separates the clutch of the branch feeding device,the crushing device continues to crush the branch which has been fed.After the engine speed is restored,the MCU makes the branch feeding device run again,so as to realize the electronic control engine overload protection device.The test shows that the speed of the engine collected by the device is accurate,and the overload protection function of the branch crusher engine is realized without relying on additional sensors,which effectively solves the problems of inconvenient installation and debugging and short maintenance interval of the overload protection device of the small branch crusher.
