Abstract:
Lilium Asiatica hybrida ‘buzzer’ was used as the experimental material.Transcriptome sequencing, qPCR and measurement of the phenotype and the physiological indicators of the bulb were used to study the expression levels of 11 genes related to bulb expansion before and after bulb enlargement, in order to understand the glucose metabolism related genes and glucose metabolism pathway of Lilium Asiatica hybrida. The results showed that the activities of catalase and peroxidase were significantly increased during the bulb enlargement of Lilium Asiatica hybrida, especially the peroxidase, which played an important role in root development, was significantly higher than that of catalase. The activities of soluble acid invertase, hexokinase, sucrose phosphate synthase, sucrose synthase, starch synthase, and soluble amylase, which were involved in sucrose metabolism, increased significantly and changed in a similar range. At the same time, 8 enzymes related to bulb expansion were found, including CAT,POD,GBSS,SSS,SAI,HK,SPS,and SS.There were 11 related genes, included LaSPS,LaSS,LaGBSS,LaGBE1,LaUGP,LaAGPase,LaGSK-3β,LaCAT,LaPOD,LaSAI and LaHK genes.Four related metabolites were α-D-mannose 1-phosphate, 2-isopropyl malic acid, arbutin, and L-serine.
