Abstract:
Peach(‘Carmine Crisp Peach’) was used as experimental material in the field experiment, and the different concentrations(0,10,20,30,40 mg · L
-1) of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DA-6) were sprayed on the leaves of peach trees at the second rapid expansion period of fruits, the effects of DA-6 on the quality of peach fruits were studied, in order to provide reference for improving peach fruit quality.The results showed that DA-6 treatment increased the single fruit weight, longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter, and increased the fruit colors of L,b and C values, increased the contents of soluble solids, titratable acid, vitamin C and total soluble sugar, and also increased the contents of phosphorus, potassium, and iron.DA-6 at the concentration of 30 mg·L
-1 was the best for above items.When the concentration of DA-6 was 30 mg·L
-1,the single fruit weight, transverse diameter, longitudinal diameter, soluble solids content and total soluble sugar content were increased by 55.00%,16.15%,9.69%,23.91% and 17.64%,respectively, compared with the control.Therefore, DA-6 could improve the appearance quality and nutrient content of peach fruits.
