胺鲜酯对桃果实品质的影响

Effects of Diethyl Aminoethyl Hexanoate (DA-6) on Fruit Quality of Peach

  • 摘要: 以‘胭脂脆桃’桃为试材,采用田间试验法,在桃果实进入第2次快速膨大期时,对桃树叶片喷施不同浓度(0、10、20、30、40 mg·L-1)的胺鲜脂(DA-6),研究了DA-6对桃果实品质的影响,以期为改善桃果实品质提供参考依据。结果表明:DA-6处理增加了桃果实的单果质量、横纵径,提高了果实色泽L值、b值、C值,增加了桃果实中的可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、维生素C和可溶性总糖含量,同时也提高了果实磷、钾和铁含量。这些指标均以浓度为30 mg·L-1的DA-6处理效果最佳。与对照相比,浓度为30 mg·L-1的DA-6使桃果实单果质量、果实横径、果实纵径、可溶性固形物含量和可溶性总糖含量分别增加了55.00%、16.15%、9.69%、23.91%和17.64%。因此,DA-6能够提高桃果实的外观品质和营养元素含量。

     

    Abstract: Peach(‘Carmine Crisp Peach’) was used as experimental material in the field experiment, and the different concentrations(0,10,20,30,40 mg · L-1) of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DA-6) were sprayed on the leaves of peach trees at the second rapid expansion period of fruits, the effects of DA-6 on the quality of peach fruits were studied, in order to provide reference for improving peach fruit quality.The results showed that DA-6 treatment increased the single fruit weight, longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter, and increased the fruit colors of L,b and C values, increased the contents of soluble solids, titratable acid, vitamin C and total soluble sugar, and also increased the contents of phosphorus, potassium, and iron.DA-6 at the concentration of 30 mg·L-1 was the best for above items.When the concentration of DA-6 was 30 mg·L-1,the single fruit weight, transverse diameter, longitudinal diameter, soluble solids content and total soluble sugar content were increased by 55.00%,16.15%,9.69%,23.91% and 17.64%,respectively, compared with the control.Therefore, DA-6 could improve the appearance quality and nutrient content of peach fruits.
