汉麻秸秆替代木屑对猴头菇生长发育和营养品质的影响

Effects of Hemp Stalk Instead of Sawdust on the Growth Development and Nutritional Quality of Hericium erinaceus

  • 摘要: 以猴头菇“黑威9910”为试材,以汉麻秸秆和阔叶木屑为主要栽培原料,研究不同基质配方对猴头菇菌丝生长、生育期、农艺性状、产量和营养品质的影响,以期为汉麻秸秆作为新型栽培基质替代木屑栽培猴头菇的可行性和安全性提供参考依据。结果表明:与对照相比,汉麻秸秆替代木屑可以促进猴头菇菌丝生长,缩短出菇时间和成熟时间;当基质中汉麻秸秆添加量达到40%时,猴头菇子实体大小适中、菌肉紧实、畸形率低,产量和生物学效率最高;当完全添加汉麻秸秆替代木屑时,子实体蛋白质含量明显提高,同时子实体无四氢大麻酚(THC)和大麻二酚(CBD)成分检出。

     

    Abstract: Taking Hericium erinaceus ‘Heiwei 9910’ as the test material, the hemp stalk and sawdust were used as main cultivation material to study the effects of different substrate formulas on the mycelial growth, growth period, fruit body agronomic traits, yield and nutritional quality of H.erinaceus,in order to provide reference for the feasibility and safety of using hemp stalks as a new type of cultivation substrate to replace sawdust in the cultivation of H.erinaceus.The results showed that the replacement of sawdust with hemp stalk could promote the growth of H.erinaceus mycelium and shorten the fruiting time and maturity time.When the amount of hemp straw added reached 40%,the size of fruit body was moderate, the flesh was firm, the deformity rate was the lowest, the yield and biological efficiency were the highest compared with the control.When hemp stalk was completely added to replace sawdust, the protein content of the fruit body was significantly increased, meanwhile the tetrahydrocannabinol(THC) and cannabidiol(CBD) components not were detected in the fruit body.
