不同光质组合对西葫芦幼苗光合及生长特性的影响

Effects of Different Light Quality Combinations on Photosynthesis and Growth Characteristics of Zucchini Seedlings

  • 摘要: 以矮蔓型花叶西葫芦(Cucurbita pepo L.)幼苗为试材,采用人工补光的方法,设置6种不同光质组合并在人工气候培养箱中进行光照处理,研究不同光质组合对西葫芦幼苗光合作用及生长特性的影响,以期获得西葫芦育苗的最佳光质组合,提高幼苗质量。结果表明:在光质组合为红光140μmol·m-2·s-1、蓝光112μmol·m-2·s-1、黄光28μmol·m-2·s-1的光照条件下,幼苗的净光合速率、叶绿素含量、壮苗指数均显著高于对照,幼苗叶色浓绿、茎粗大、植株矮壮,育苗优势明显。

     

    Abstract: Taking dwarf-type zucchini(Cucurbita pepo L.)seedlings as the test materials and artificial lighting as the research method,six different light quality combinations were set up in an artificial climate incubator for light treatment,the effects of seedling photosynthesis and growth characteristics of different light quality combinations on zucchini were studied,in order to obtain the best combination of light quality for growing zucchini seedlings and improve the quality of seedlings.The results showed that,under the light quality combination of 140μmol·m-2·s-1 for red light,112μmol·m-2·s-1 for blue light,and 28μmol· m-2·s-1 for yellow light,the net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content,and strong seedling index of the seedlings were significantly higher than those of the control.The seedlings had dark green leaves,thick stems,and dwarf plants.They also had obvious advantages in raising seedlings.
