漾濞大泡核桃根际土壤微生物群落功能多样性

摘要: 以3种不同土层深度的核桃根际土壤为试材,采用Biolog-ECO板方法,研究了微生物群落多样性组成及差异,以期为进一步解析核桃根际土壤微生物与生防菌之间的关系提供参考依据。结果表明:漾濞大泡核桃根际土壤中3种不同深度土层微生物在利用碳源方面的活性表现出不同特性,尤以深层根际土壤微生物利用单一碳源能力强,其次为中层及浅层;同时,核桃根际土壤微生物群落Shannon指数的总体变化趋势为中层强于浅层及深层。Abstract: Taking walnut rhizosphere soils from three different soil depths as test material, Biolog-ECO technology was used to study the walnut rhizosphere soil microbial communities at different soil depths diversity characteristics and trends, in order to provide reference for further analysis of the relationship between walnut rhizosphere soil microorganisms and biocontrol bacteria.The microbes in the rhizosphere soil of the Yangbi country walnut had different characteristics in the utilization of carbon sources, especially the deep rhizosphere soil microorganisms had a strong ability to use a single carbon source, followed by the middle and shallow layers.At the same time, the overall change trend of the Shannon index of the walnut rhizosphere soil microbial community was that the middle layer was higher than the shallow layer and the deep layer.
