Abstract: In order to identify the species of pathogenic fungi in cultured Auricularia delicata,the pathogenic fungi was separated by tissue isolation, used morphological identification and ITS sequence phylogenetic analysis.The results showed that the pathogenic fungi of A.delicata were mainly Aspergillus flavus,As.fumigatus,As.niger,Penicillium charlesii,P.steckii,Paecilomyces maximus,Neurospora crassa,Hypomyces aurantius,Trichoderma harzianum.All of pathogenic fungi were firstly reported as the pathogens of A.delicata.
