Abstract:
The waste tea branches were used as the raw materials for cultivation of Auricularia auricula, and the effects of different proportions of tea-branch dust on the growth, yield and nutritional quality of hypha, ear base and fruiting body in cultivation of Auricularia auricula were studied,in order to explore whether tea-branch dust was feasible to cultivate Auricularia auricula, and to provide reference for the resource utilization of waste tea branches. The results showed that yield of formula 2 was the highest with 40.83 g,but the mycelial growth rate was the slowest, just with 2.69 mm·d
-1,the fruiting body was the densest and the flower shape was smaller. The yield of formula 1 was 36.97 g,the mycelial growth was 3.01 mm·d
-1,the fruiting body was sparse and the flower shape was medium;the yield of formula 3 was 36.7 g,and the mycelial growth was 3.03 mm·d
-1,with dense growth and large flower shape;the yield of CK was the lowest, just with 35.27 g,the mycelial growth was 3.01 mm·d
-1,and the fruiting body was sparse. The nutritional value of CK was the lowest, the content of crude protein and crude polysaccharide of formula 3 were the highest, which were 18.07% and 4.80% respectively;the crude fiber and ash content of formula 1 were the highest, which were 6.59% and 3.83% respectively.
