冬荪的鉴定及不同物质对其菌丝生长的影响

Identification of Phallus dongsun and Effects of Different Substances on Its Mycelial Growth

  • 摘要: 以采自贵州省龙里县的疑似冬荪菌株为试材,采用ITS序列分析对其进行分子鉴定,并采用单因素试验研究不同物质对其菌丝生长的影响,以期明确其分类学地位,并为冬荪(Phallus dongsun)的人工栽培和后续的深入研究提供参考依据。结果表明:该菌株的ITS序列长576 bp,与冬荪相似度最高,鉴定该菌株为冬荪(Phallus dongsun);该菌株液体种生长的最佳碳源为果糖,其次为葡萄糖;最佳氮源为酵母浸膏,其次为牛肉膏;栽培种生长的最佳主料为桃树,其次为桦槁树;最佳辅料为甘蔗渣,其次为玉米芯。

     

    Abstract: The suspected Phallus dongsun strain collected from Longli county, Guizhou Province was used as the test material, and its molecular identification was carried out by ITS sequence analysis, and the influences of different substances on the growth of mycelium were studied by single factor experiments, in order to clarify its taxonomic status, and provide reference for artificial cultivation of Phallus dongsun and follow-up in-depth research.The results showed that the length of the ITS sequence was 576 bp, which had the highest similarity with Phallus dongsun,and the strain was identified as Phallus dongsun.The best carbon source for the growth of the liquid strain of this strain was fructose, followed by glucose; the best nitrogen source was yeast extract, followed by beef extract; the best main material for the growth of cultivar was peach tree, followed by birch tree; and the best auxiliary material was bagasse, followed by corn cob.
