锂对两个品种枸杞种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Lithium on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Two Species of Lycium barbarum

  • 摘要: 以宁夏2种枸杞为试材,采用培养皿法,研究了锂对枸杞种子发芽与幼苗生长的影响,确立富锂植物枸杞种子发芽时期的耐锂浓度临界值和极限值,以期为枸杞耐锂品种的早期选育提供参考依据。结果表明:随着LiCl增加,枸杞种子的发芽率、发芽指数、根长均呈下降趋势,不同枸杞品种耐锂性表现不同;与对照相比,25 mmol·L-1处理时仅有“宁杞5号”与“宁农杞9号”的发芽率、发芽指数、根长度均显著下降,但促进“宁杞5号”与“宁农杞9号”芽长增加;50 mmol·L-1 LiCl处理时“宁杞5号”芽长仍未显著下降,此时“宁农杞9号”的芽长度并未显著增加;对照相比,浓度在25 mmol·L-1时,它的芽长显著增加,说明了25 mmol·L-1锂促进了“宁杞5号”与“宁农杞9号”的生长;与对照相比,浓度在25 mmol·L-1时,根受到毒害,说明了根受到毒害小于芽的毒害。通过模拟回归曲线,分析“宁杞5号”与“宁农杞9号”种子发芽时期对盐分的临界值和极限值分别为115.10 mmol·L-1和265.61 mmol·L-1,97.12 mmol·L-1和257.58 mmol·L-1,不同浓度锂对2个品种种子发芽特性和幼苗生长的抑制程度高低顺序为“宁农杞9号”<“宁杞5号”。因此,有“宁杞5号”与“宁农杞9号”适合修复含锂量较低的盐渍土。

     

    Abstract: Two kinds of L.barbarum in Ningxia was used as test materials, the effect of lithium on seed germination and seedling growth of Lycium barbarum was studied by using the petri dish method.The critical value and limit value of lithium tolerance concentration in seed germination of L.barbarum materials were established, in order to provide reference for the early breeding of salt tolerant varieties of L.barbarum.The results showed that the germination rate, germination index and length of L.barbarum seeds decreased with the increase of LiCl, and the salt tolerance of different L.barbarum varieties was different.Compared with the control, only the germination rate, germination index and length of ‘Ningqi No.5’ and ‘Ningnongqi No.9’ decreased significantly, but promoted the increase of embryo length of ‘Ningqi No.5’ and ‘Ningnongqi No.9’.When treated with 50 mmol·L-1 LiCl, the bud length of ‘Ningqi No.5’ did not decrease significantly, but that of ‘Ningnongqi No.9’ did not significantly increase.Compared with the control, when the concentration was 25 mmol·L-1,its bud length increased significantly, indicating that 25 mmol·L-1 LiCl promoted the growth of ‘Ningqi No.5’ and ‘Ningnongqi No.9’.Compared with the control, when the concentration was 25 mmol·L-1,the root was poisoned.The results indicated that the root was less poisoned than the bud the root was less poisoned than the bud.Through the simulated regression curve, it was analyzed that the critical value and limit value of salt in the germination period of ‘Ningqi No.5’ and ‘Ningnongqi No.9’ were 115.10 mmol·L-1 and 265.61 mmol·L-1,97.12 mmol·L-1 and 257.58 mmol·L-1.The order of inhibition degree of different concentrations of lithium on seed germination characteristics and young seedlings growth of the two varieties was as follow, ‘Ningnongqi No.9’<‘Ningqi No.5’.Therefore, only ‘Ningqi No.5’ and ‘Ningnongqi No.9’ were suitable for repairing saline soil with low lithium content.
