外源赤霉素对盐胁迫下万寿菊种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Exogenous GA3 on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Tagetes erecta L.Under Salt Stress

  • 摘要: 以‘安提瓜’系列中黄色万寿菊的种子为试材,采用培养皿发芽法及穴盘育苗法,在盐胁迫下对种子和幼苗进行不同浓度(0(CK)、50、100、200、400 mg·L-1)赤霉素处理,定期采集样本,观测发芽指标、幼苗农艺性状和抗逆生理生化指标,研究了盐胁迫下添加外源赤霉素对万寿菊种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响,以期筛选缓解万寿菊种子和幼苗受盐害的最佳赤霉素浓度。结果表明:盐胁迫抑制了万寿菊种子发芽及幼苗的生长,各处理指标数值显著低于对照;随着赤霉素处理浓度增加,萌发率、胚芽长、胚根长、苗高、根长、叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性等指标总体呈先升后降趋势;盐害指数、丙二醛含量呈先降后升趋势。施加中低浓度外源赤霉素能显著降低盐胁迫对万寿菊种子和幼苗的伤害,以100 mg·L-1浓度最能缓解盐胁迫对其生长的抑制作用。适宜浓度的外源赤霉素可增强万寿菊种子和幼苗的耐盐性并促进其生长。

     

    Abstract: Taking the seeds of the yellow marigold cultivar in the ‘Antigua’ series as the test material, the petri dish germination method and plug seedling method were carried out, the seeds and seedlings were subjected to salt stress at different concentrations(0(CK),50,100,200,400 mg·L-1) GA3 treatment, samples were collected regularly, germination indicators, seedling agronomic traits, stress resistance physiological and biochemical indicators were observed, the effect of exogenous GA3 on Tagetes erecta L.seeds under salt stress effects of germination and seedling growth was studied, in order to screen the optimal GA3 concentration for mitigating salt damage to Tagetes erecta L.seeds and seedlings.The results showed that the germination of Tagetes erecta L.seeds and the growth of seedlings were inhibited by salt stress, and the value of each treatment index was significantly lower than that of the control; with the increase of GA3 concentration, the germination rate, germ length, radicle length, seedling height, root length, the indexes such as chlorophyll content, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities generally showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing; salt damage index and malondialdehyde content showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The application of medium and low concentrations of exogenous GA3 can significantly reduce the damage to Tagetes erecta L.seeds and seedlings under salt stress, and the concentration of 100 mg·L-1 GA3 could best alleviate the inhibitory effect of salt stress on its growth.An appropriate concentration of exogenous GA3 can enhance the salt tolerance of Tagetes erecta L.seeds and seedlings and promote their growth.
