Abstract: Based on the two dimensions, the integration of agriculture and the secondary and tertiary industries and the economic and social effects generated by the integration, the construction of evaluation index system for the degree of integration of the rural three industries in Hubei Province.The entropy method was used for measurement and comprehensive evaluation, and combined with the gray correlation method, the 20 indicators in the indicator layer were used to further explore the degree of correlation and effect of the rural three-industry integration on the increase in agricultural production and farmers′ income in Hubei Province.The results showed that the integration of the three major rural industries in Hubei Province had made some progress, but it was still in the initial stage of development, with a low level of integration and a shallow level.Therefore, it is necessary to further optimize the development path of rural three industry integration from the aspects of increasing the development of agricultural multifunctional, cultivating new business entities, improving the benefit linkage mechanism, and leading high-quality development with technology.
