Abstract:
Taking pepper as test material, the experiment was conducted by pot experiment, four treatments were designed, including high nitrogen(HN,200 mg·kg
-1),low nitrogen(LN,100 mg·kg
-1),low nitrogen(100 mg·kg
-1)+1.8% sodium nitrophenolate(LN+Na) and control. The influence of application of compound sodium nitrophenolate under nitrogen fertilizer supply on the quality of pepper were investigated, in order to provide reference for reducing nitrogen and improving quality in pepper production. The results showed that different treatments had different effects on the contents of vitamin C,total flavonoids, lignin, β-carotene, soluble protein, soluble sugar and nitrate nitrogen in pepper fruits.Compared with high and low nitrogen treatments, 10 days after blooming, the low nitrogen combined with sodium nitrate phenol treatment increased the contents of vitamin C,total flavonoids, lignin and soluble sugar in pepper fruit.20 days after blooming, LN+Na treatments increased the contents of vitamin C,total flavonoids, soluble sugarand β-carotenein pepper fruit.40 days after blooming, LN+Na treatments increased the contents of total flavonoids and soluble sugar in pepper fruit.LN+Na treatments decreased the contents of soluble protein and lignin in the middle and late stage of pepper fruit, and inhibited the accumulation of nitrate nitrogen in fruit, implying that the combination of sodium nitrate phenol and nitrogen fertilizer could better regulate the quality of pepper than nitrogen fertilizer alone, and could promote the production of high quality pepper products.
