Abstract: The high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine materials industry is the foundation for the inheritance and innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine materials industry, and it is of great significance for optimizing agricultural production structure, expanding farmers′ income channels, promoting the revitalization of rural industries, and promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine materials industry.In response to the problems faced by the development of the traditional Chinese medicine materials industry in Heilongjiang Province, it is proposed to accelerate the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine materials industry from the following aspects, such as strengthening the innovation of germplasm and breeding of improved varieties to achieve seed source improvement, creating standardized ecological planting demonstration zones to achieve ecological planting, strengthening the construction of initial and deep processing capabilities to achieve operational industrialization, deepening the cultivation of the brand of Cold Dragon Medicine to achieve product branding, accelerating the construction of a modern circulation system to promote industrial digitization, innovating the integrated development model of medicine and tourism to achieve the integration of three industries.
