Abstract: The cultivation of selenium-enriched vegetables presented both significant nutritional and economic advantages, rendering it a pivotal driver for the advancement of China′s vegetable industry.This study aimed to provide an overview of the current state of selenium-enriched vegetable production in China while delving into the primary challenges that hinder its progression.Subsequently, it offered feasible strategies and recommendationed to overcome these obstacles.
