沼渣复配量对番茄幼苗生长及生理指标的影响

Effects of Biogas Residue Compounding on Growth and Physiological Indexes of Tomato Seedlings

  • 摘要: 以番茄幼苗为试材,采用大田试验和实验室试验相结合的方法,研究了沼渣复配量对番茄幼苗生长及生理指标的影响,以期为沼渣资源化利用提供参考依据。结果表明:在番茄育苗中,添加适量的沼渣,可以有效促进番茄幼苗的生长。T4处理壮苗指数为0.30,其番茄幼苗根系活力是T3处理的2.12倍,在该处理下番茄幼苗长势较好。当沼渣施用量超过50%时,可能造成番茄幼苗叶片抗氧化酶活性下降,膜脂过氧化物增多,渗透调节能力减弱,抑制番茄幼苗的生长。纯沼渣不适宜作为番茄育苗基质。通过相似度分析和隶属函数综合评价可知,当沼渣和园土复配比例为1∶3(v∶v)时育苗效果较好,是一种优于园土育苗,接近草炭育苗基质的育苗选择。

     

    Abstract: Tomato seedlings were used as experimental materials, and the effect of the compound amount of biogas residue on the growth and physiological indexes of tomato seedlings was studied by combining the field test and laboratory test, in order to provide reference for the resource utilization of biogas residue.The results showed that adding proper amount of biogas residue could effectively promote the growth of tomato seedlings.The growth of tomato seedlings in T4 was better, which strength seedling index was 0.30,and its root vigor was 2.12 times that of T3.When the application rate of biogas residue exceeds 50%,the activity of antioxidant enzymes in leaves of tomato seedlings would decrease, the membrane lipid peroxides would increase, and the osmotic regulation ability would be weakened, thereby inhibiting the growth of tomato seedlings.Biogas residues alone were not suitable as substrates for tomato seedlings.Through similarity analysis and comprehensive evaluation of membership function, it could be seen that when the ratio of biogas residue and garden soil was 1∶3(v∶v),the seedling effect was better, which was better than garden soil seedling and close to peat seedling matrix choose.
