Abstract:
Taking Dictyophora rubrovolvata as test material, the carbon and nitrogen source selection and culture condition optimization of its liquid medium of Dictyophora rubrovolvata were studied through liquid shake flask culture method, in order to provide a reference for the preparation and extended culture of liquid strains of Dictyophora rubrovolvata.The results showed that glucose and peptone were the optimal carbon source and nitrogen source, respectively.The optimal formula was 30 g·L

-1 of indole acetic acid(IAA).Besides, the optimal culture conditions were 25 ℃,150 r·min
-1 of shaking speed, and 20 days of culture period.The optimal culture conditions were as follows 500 mL of liquid per 1 000 mL of culture volume, 15% of inoculation size, and 15 days of culture period; 35 days were required from first-degree species preparation to the extended culture.
