Abstract:
In order to maintain the sustainable development of mung bean production, stabilize the risk attitude of mung bean producers, and make them reduce the risk input in production while increasing the production benefit, based on the survey data of 213 mung bean producers in Heilongjiang Province and using an ordered probit model to analyze the influencing factors of the risk preferences of mung bean producers in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that engaged in mung bean planting years, mung bean market prices, continue to engage in mung bean cultivation after retirement and the increase in the proportion of staple food(corn, soybean, rice) planting area had an impact on risk attitudes to varying degrees. Therefore,in order to stabilize the risk attitude of producers,it was proposed to improve the level of producers′ awareness of the risk of mung bean planting and strengthen it through multiple channels;encourage producers who had reached the retirement age to continue to engage in mung bean cultivation;suggested that the relevant national agricultural departments increased the subsidies for major food crops or benefit the people′s policy standards and adjust prices.
