引发处理对不同温度下菘蓝种子萌发与幼苗生长的生态响应

Ecological Response of Initiation Treatment to Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Isatis indigotica Fort.Under Different Temperatures

  • 摘要: 以菘蓝种子为试材,采用培养皿发芽的方法,研究了不同温度下不同质量分数PEG 6000对菘蓝种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,以期为促进菘蓝在非适宜条件下的生长提供参考依据。结果表明:引发剂处理对菘蓝种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、幼苗高度、相对电导率均有所影响。PEG 6000引发可提高菘蓝种子萌发率,并在同一温度下,随着PEG 6000浓度增大,发芽率降低,但均高于未用引发剂引发的对照组(CK);随着温度升高,种子萌发期缩短。在低温(10℃)下使用引发剂后,种子发芽势、相对电导率与对照组之间存在显著差异。通过试验可以推测,使用PEG 6000引发剂可以预防菘蓝苗期的冻害,且最佳质量分数为10%,有利于菘蓝出苗整齐、长势健壮,提高幼苗的抗逆能力。

     

    Abstract: Taking Isatis indigotica Fort.seeds as the test material, the effect of different mass fractions of PEG 6000 at different temperatures on the germination and seedling growth of Isatis indigotica Fort.seeds was studied using a culture dish germination method, in order to provide reference for promoting the growth of Isatis indigoatis under unsuitable conditions.The results showed that initiator treatment had effects on seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, seedling height and relative electrical conductivity.At the same temperature, the germination rate of Isatis indigotica Fort.seeds was decreased with the increase of PEG 6000 concentration, but the germination rate was higher than that of control group(CK) without initiator.With the increase of temperature, the germination period of seeds was shortened.After using initiator at low temperature(10 ℃),the germination potential and relative electrical conductivity of seeds were significantly different from those of the control group.It could be inferred that the application of PEG 6000initiator could prevent the freezing injury of Isatis indigotica Fort.seedlings,and the optimal mass fraction was10%,which was conducive to the emergence of uniform,healthy growth,and improve the stress resistance ability of seedlings.
