杞柳基质对黑木耳菌丝体及子实体的影响

Effects of Salix integra Cultivation Substrates on Mycelium and Fruiting Body of Auricularia auricula

  • 摘要: 以黑木耳“黑威15”为试材,采用对比不同比例杞柳基质替代柞木基质栽培黑木耳的方法,研究了不同配方对黑木耳菌丝体生长和子实体生长、生物学转化率、产量及收益的影响,以期为杞柳基质的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:添加杞柳木屑,对菌丝体生长速率影响不显著,对子实体生长影响显著,黑木耳总产量随着杞柳木屑的增加而降低,而生物学转化率却随着杞柳木屑的增加而升高,添加杞柳木屑降低了黑木耳的栽培成本,分析综合经济效益,配方Z1、Z2是最适合黑木耳栽培的配方,即添加不超过40.0%的杞柳木屑用以替代柞木木屑是可行的。

     

    Abstract: The Auricularia auricula ’Heiwei No.15’ was used as the test material,the different proportion of Salix integra sawdust instead of Quercus mongolica sawdust were used as the culture medium of Auricularia auricula.The effects of different formulas on mycelial growth,fruiting body growth,biological transformation rate,yield and economic benefits of Auricularia auricula were studied,in order to provide reference for the application of Salix integra sawdust.The results showed that the addition of sawdust had no significant effect on mycelium growth rate,but had significant effect on fruiting body growth.The total yield of Auricularia auricula decreased with the increase of Salix integra sawdust,however,the biological conversion rate increased with the increase of Salix integra sawdust.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive economic benefit,the formulas Z1 and Z2were the most suitable ones for the cultivation of Auricularia auricula.It was feasible to replace Quercus mongolica sawdust by adding no more than 40.0% of Salix integra sawdust.
