梨园采前水分调控对果实品质的影响

Effects of Water Regulation on Fruit Quality Before Harvest in Pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai)

  • 摘要: 以‘秋月’梨为试材,在果实采收前,采用树冠地面覆膜、未覆膜(对照)和灌水等处理来控制土壤湿度,调节果实后期发育对水分的需求,并对不同处理时期果实的生长发育和品质进行了测试分析,探索梨树水分管理对果实品质的影响,以期为提高梨果实品质提供参考依据。结果表明:梨树采收前覆膜控水处理果实可溶性固形物含量明显高于对照和灌水处理,果实中果糖、蔗糖和山梨醇糖含量增高,而葡萄糖含量无明显变化;另外在覆膜控水条件下,果实中山梨醇合成酶(S6PDH)活性增高,而山梨醇氧化酶(SOX)活性降低;通过对叶片和果实中山梨醇转运蛋白基因(SOT2)表达分析发现,叶片中SOT2表现上调,但各处理间无显著差异,在果实中表现下调,覆膜处理表达量低于对照和灌水处理。以上结果表明,梨树在采前进行土壤水分调控,能够影响果实内部糖分积累和转化,是一项有效的果实增糖技术措施,但在控水时期和控水量上有待进一步研究。

     

    Abstract: Taking ‘Qiuyue’ pear as test material, before fruit harvest, canopy ground mulching, non mulching(control) and irrigation were used to control soil moisture and adjust the water demand for later fruit development.The growth and development, quality of fruits in different treatment periods were tested and analyzed to explore the effect of pear water management on fruit quality, in order to provide reference basis for improving pear fruit quality.The results showed that the soluble solids content of pear fruit with film mulching was significantly higher than that of control and water irrigation.The contents of fructose, sucrose and sorbitol in pear fruit increased, but the glucose content did not change significantly.In addition, the activity of sorbitol synthase(S6 PDH) was increased, but the activity of sorbitol oxidase(SOX) was reduced under the condition of film mulching.The expression of sorbitol transporter gene(SOT2) in leaves and fruit was analyzed.The expression of SOT2 in leaves was up-regulated, but there was no significant difference between different treatments.The expression of SOT2 in fruit was down-regulated, and the expression of SOT2 in mulching treatment was lower than that in control and irrigation treatment.The above results indicated that soil water regulation before harvest could affect the accumulation and transformation of sugar in pear fruit, which was an effective technical measure to increase sugar content in fruit.However, further research is needed in the water control period and water quantity control.
