Abstract:
Taking capsicum as test material, six capsicum varieties were bred by adding bacteria agent in the seedling substrate, which was inoculated with Funneliformis mosseae(Fm) and Rhizophagus intraradices(Ri) without inoculating bacteria(CK),to study the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) on the absorption and accumulation of Cadmium(Cd) and growth of different capsicum varieties, in order to provide a reference for realizing the high efficiency and the safe production. The results showed that inoculating AMF promoted the growth of capsicum seedlings, and Fm, Ri improved 13.04%-131.82% and 22.58%-161.11%,respectively, except ‘Qianla 10’.Compared to CK,the aboveground enrichment coefficients of ‘Layan 201’‘Luosijiao XJ-16-9’‘Qianla 10’‘Layan 101’‘Qianla 16’,and ‘Layan 102’decreased by 9.19%,4.79%,43.31%,40.74%,71.28%and 83.73% respectively. After being inoculated with AMF,the aboveground Cd content and the aboveground enrichment coefficient of‘Qianla 16’and‘Layan 201’in Guizhou significantly decreased(P<0.05).Therefore,it was feasible to decrease the Cd content of capsicum seedlings by adding AMF into the seedling medium, and the effect of inoculation Ri was better than that of Fm,and that of‘Layan 102’was the best.
