轮作大蒜对番茄植株根际土壤微生态的影响

Effects of Rotation Garlic on Rhizosphere Soil Microecology of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill

  • 摘要: 以番茄和云南紫皮大蒜为试材,采用轮作大蒜(SF)及轮作大蒜同时施用微生物有机肥(SYF)2种方法,研究了轮作大蒜对番茄植株生长情况以及果实品质、根际土壤微生物和土壤酶活性的影响,以期为缓解设施番茄连作栽培障碍提供参考依据。结果表明:与连作处理(FF)相比SYF处理能够提高番茄根系活力,SF处理则抑制根系活力;SF处理番茄感病率下降61.54%,SYF处理感病率下降84.62%。SF和SYF处理较FF处理4月产量分别提高50.00%和41.51%,5月产量分别提高18.24%和97.85%。番茄有机酸含量也显著升高,而维生素C和可溶性糖含量则没有差异;SF和SYF处理中番茄各项生长状态指标均高于FF处理;大蒜轮作对番茄根际土壤微生物种群结构影响显著,轮作组栽培中后期根际土壤中细菌、放线菌数量均低于FF处理,后期真菌数量明显增加,SF和SYF处理的真菌数量分别是FF处理的24倍和32倍。随番茄栽培时间延长,淀粉酶、脲酶活性逐渐上升,蔗糖酶、蛋白酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性先上升后下降,该试验中土壤酶活性以SYF处理最高。综上,轮作大蒜对番茄植株的生长和产量有着促进作用,对果实品质无显著影响,番茄与大蒜轮作的栽培模式对缓解设施番茄连作障碍效果显著。

     

    Abstract: Lycopersicon esculentum Mill and Yunnan purple skin garlic were used as experimental materials, and two methods of rotation garlic(SF) and rotation garlic with simultaneous application of microbial organic fertilizer(SYF) were adopted, the effects of garlic rotation on Lycopersicon esculentum Mill plant growth, fruit quality, rhizosphere soil microorganism and soil enzyme activity were studied, in order to provide reference for alleviating the obstacles of continuous cultivation of protected tomato.The results showed that compared with continuous cropping FF treatment.SYF treatment could improve the root activity of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill, while SF treatment could inhibit the root activity, the susceptible rate of SYF and SF treatment decreased by 61.54% and SYF treatment by 84.62%.Compared with FF,SF and SYF treatment increased 50.00% and 41.51% in April, 18.24% and 97.85% respectively in May.The contents of vitamin C and soluble sugar in Lycopersicon esculentum Mill were not different, but the contents of organic acids in SF and SYF treatment were higher than that in FF treatment.The number of bacteria and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere soil of garlic rotation was lower than that of FF treatment in the middle and late period of rotation, and the number of fungi in the latter period increased obviously, the number of fungi treated by SF and SYF was 24 and 32 times that treated by FF.The activities of amylase and urease increased gradually with the time of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill cultivation, while the activities of sucrase, protease, phosphatase and catalase increased first and then decreased, SYF treatment had the highest soil enzyme activity in this experiment.In conclusion, garlic rotation promoted the growth and yield of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill plants, but had no significant effect on fruit quality, and the rotation of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill and garlic had significant effect on alleviating the obstacles of continuous cropping of protected Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.
