Abstract:
The 12 isolates of Morchella esculenta were used as experimental materials, using antagonistic test and molecular identification technique, the genetic relationship of the tested strains and the effects of different carbon, nitrogen sources and pH on mycelial growth were studied, in order to solve the naming confusion problem of Morchella esculenta and obtain the optimum growth conditions for the initial screening. The results showed that YD3、YD10、YD12 had closer relationships than others, YD1、YD2、YD4、YD5、YD7、YD8、YD9、YD11 had closer relationships than others, YD6 had distant relationships with other 11 strains.Lactose and maltose were the best carbon sources.(NH

3 were the best nitrogen sources. The optimum growth pH were 7 and 9.
