三种景天耐受锌胁迫能力研究

Research on Tolerance of Three Sedum Plants Under Zinc Stress

  • 摘要: 以三七景天、德国景天、松塔景天3种园林植物一年生容器苗为试材,通过盆栽模拟试验,研究不同浓度外源锌(0、80、160、320、800、1 600、2 000 mg·kg-1)处理下对3种景天生理生化指标、锌含量变化的影响,并通过隶属函数法对3种植物耐受锌胁迫能力进行综合评价,以期为筛选锌污染土壤修复植物材料提供参考依据。结果表明:3种景天随着锌浓度不断增加,丙二醛含量不断提高;抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶)活性呈现先上升后下降的趋势;渗透调节物质(可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质)含量、叶绿素含量呈先上升后下降的趋势;地上部分、根系锌含量不断增加;转移系数表现为先升后降;通过隶属函数分析法综合分析3种景天耐受锌胁迫能力,其结果为三七景天>松塔景天>德国景天。

     

    Abstract: Three annual container seedlings of ornamental plants(Sedum aizoon,Sedum hybridum,Sedum lydium)were used as experimental materials,the effects on the physiological and biochemical indexes and zinc content of three sedum plants were studied with different concentrations of exogenous zinc(0,80,160,320,800,1 600,2 000 mg·kg-1),and the tolerance of three sedum plants to zinc stress was evaluated by the subordinated function method,in order to provide reference for selecting phytoremedation materials for zinc contaminated soil.The results showed that with the increasing of zinc concentration,the MDA content increased,the activity of antioxidant enzyme increased at first and then decreased,osmotic adjustment substances(soluble sugar,soluble protein),chlorophyll content increased firstly and then decreased.The zinc contents of above ground and root increased,and the transfer coefficient increased at first and then decreased.With the methods of subordinate functional analysis to analyze the ability of three sedum plants to zinc stress,the results were as followed Sedum aizoon>Sedum lydium>Sedum hybridum.
