Abstract:
Three annual container seedlings of ornamental plants(Sedum aizoon,Sedum hybridum,Sedum lydium)were used as experimental materials, the effects on the physiological and biochemical indexes and zinc content of three sedum plants were studied with different concentrations of exogenous zinc(0,80,160,320,800,1 600,2 000 mg·kg-1),and the tolerance of three sedum plants to zinc stress was evaluated by the subordinated function method,in order to provide reference for selecting phytoremedation materials for zinc contaminated soil. The results showed that with the increasing of zinc concentration, the MDA content increased, the activity of antioxidant enzyme increased at first and then decreased, osmotic adjustment substances(soluble sugar, soluble protein),chlorophyll content increased firstly and then decreased. The zinc contents of above ground and root increased, and the transfer coefficient increased at first and then decreased. With the methods of subordinate functional analysis to analyze the ability of three sedum plants to zinc stress, the results were as followed Sedum aizoon>Sedum lydium>Sedum hybridum.
