黑木耳分子生物学研究进展

Research Progress on Molecular Biology of Auricularia heimuer

  • 摘要: 黑木耳是我国珍贵的食药两用的胶质真菌,具有重要的食药用价值和应用前景。黑木耳含有多种常量、微量元素以及多种活性物质,具有免疫调节、降血糖、抗肿瘤等功效。随着分子生物学技术的高速发展,黑木耳分子生物学的研究涉及黑木耳种质资源鉴定、遗传多样性、功能基因克隆、品种育种等方面,该研究主要从黑木耳遗传多样性、DNA分子标记技术、功能基因克隆、遗传物质等方面介绍黑木耳相关研究现状,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为黑木耳种质资源开发及分子遗传育种等方面的研究提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Auricularia auricula is a precious edible and medicinal glial fungus in China, which has important edible and medicinal value and application prospect.Auricularia auricula contains a variety of macro, trace elements and a variety of active substances, with immune regulation, hypoglycemic, anti-tumor and other effects.With the rapid development of molecular biology technology, the molecular biology research of Auricularia auricula involves the identification of germplasm resources, genetic diversity, functional gene cloning, variety breeding and so on.In this study, the research status of A.auricula was introduced from the aspects of genetic diversity, DNA molecular marker technology, functional gene cloning and genetic material, and the future research direction was prospected, in order to provide reference for the development of A.auricula germplasm resources and molecular genetic breeding.
