Abstract:
The Phalaenopsis cut flower variety ‘Sogo Yukidian V3’ was used as the test material.Using the physical preservation method, cut Phalaenopsis were stored at four storage temperatures(8,12,16 ℃ and 20 ℃) and were taken out at specific time points(5,10,15 days and 20 days) and placed in room temperature environments to continue cultivation. The effects of different storage temperatures and storage times on the freshness preservation of cut Phalaenopsis were investigated, with a view to providing a reference basis for the storage and transportation of cut Phalaenopsis. The results showed that 16 ℃ was the optimal storage temperature for cut Phalaenopsis, and storage treatments of cut Phalaenopsis in this environment for different times could significantly enhance the vase life of cut Phalaenopsis, which was prolonged by 8.00 days, 12.61 days, 13.52 days and 14.00 days, respectively, compared with the control group.During the whole storage period, the temperature environment of 16 ℃ could effectively reduce the change of water balance value of cut flowers, which was 70% lower than that of the control group; the bacterial infection rate and malondialdehyde content were also significantly reduced compared with that of the control group; meanwhile, it significantly increased the activity of SOD activity.
