二烯丙基二硫对黄瓜枯萎病的抑制作用
Inhibition Effect of Diallyl Disulfide on Cucumber Fusarium Wilt

摘要: 以二烯丙基二硫(diallyl disulfide,DADS)和黄瓜尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum,FO)为试材,采用尖孢镰刀菌PDA培养和胚根接种法等方法,研究了DADS对黄瓜尖孢镰刀菌菌丝生长的作用和对黄瓜枯萎病发病进程的影响,以期明确DADS对黄瓜枯萎病的抑制作用。结果表明:DADS对FO菌丝生长有显著地抑制作用,且随DADS浓度的增大抑制作用增强;DADS+FO处理和FO处理相比,施加DADS的处理比FO单独接种降低了46.40%枯萎病发病率,病情指数降低了71.21%,黄瓜根系鲜质量提高31.07%,地上部鲜质量提高5.24%;DADS处理黄瓜幼苗能降低由接种FO所引起的根系/叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的升高,并提高由接种FO所引起的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的降低(提升至对照水平)。Abstract: Taking diallyl disulfide(DADS)and Fusarium oxysporum(FO)of cucumber as test materials,and PDA culture of FO and radicle inoculation methods were used,the effects of DADS on the hypha growth of FO and the pathogenesis of cucumber wilt disease were studied,in order to confirm the inhibitory effect of DADS on cucumber wilt disease.The results showed that DADS could inhibit the spore and mycelial growth of Fusarium oxysporum and its inhibitory effects was more significant with the increase of DADS concentratios;compared with the FO treatment,DADS+FO treatment could not only reduce the incidence of Fusarium wilt by 46.40% and the disease index by71.21%,could but also increase the fresh weight of root by 31.07% and the top fresh weight by5.24%;DADS treatment of cucumber seedlings could decrease peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)activities,malondialdehyd(MDA)content,while,increase superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity as compared to Fusariumtreatment.
