酸枣种质资源性状调查

Investigation on Germplasm Resources of Zizyphus Jujube

  • 摘要: 以204份酸枣种质资源为试材,采用田间调查和室内测定统计的方法,研究了枝条、叶片、果实、果核和种仁等5个器官共60项性状,以期了解酸枣性状变异情况以及不同性状之间的相关性,筛选性状优良的种质资源。结果表明:204份不同酸枣类型一次枝节间长、长针刺长、叶片长度、单果质量、核出仁率、果出仁率等性状差异较大。一次枝节间长度为1.72~9.31 cm,变异系数18.83%;长针刺长度为0.29~3.51 cm,变异系数27.44%;叶片长度为1.40~5.72 cm,变异系数19.22%;单果质量为0.82~3.06 g,变异系数32.32%;核出仁率为13.53%~35.85%,变异系数20.40%;鲜果出仁率为1.44%~8.98%,变异系数27.66%。相关性分析表明,核出仁率与果核纵横径和单核质量呈极显著负相关;鲜果出仁率与果实纵横径呈显著负相关,与果形指数、单核质量、果核横径和核出仁率呈显著正相关。根据生产实际需求,以鲜果出仁率(>8.50%)和核出仁率(>40.00%)为主要筛选指标,筛选出‘D162’‘D1’‘D59’和‘D126’4个优良种质资源。

     

    Abstract: A total of 60 characters in 5 organs, including branches, leaves, fruits, pits and seeds, were studied using 204 germplasm resources of wild jujube acid as samples by field investigation and laboratory statistical methods, in order to understand the variation of characters and the correlation between different characters, and to screen the germplasm resources with good characters.The results showed that there were significant differences among 204 different types of wild jujube in the characters of internode length, long needling length, leaf length, single fruit weight, kernel yield and fruit yield.The length of primary internode was 1.72-9.31 cm, and the coefficient of variation was 18.83%.The length of long acupuncture was 0.29-3.51 cm, and the coefficient of variation was 27.44%.The length of leaves was 1.40-5.72 cm, and the coefficient of variation was 19.22%.Single fruit weight was 0.82-3.06 g, coefficient of variation 32.32%;The kernel yield ranged from 13.53% to 35.85%,and the coefficient of variation was 20.40%.The yield of fresh fruit was 1.44%-8.98% and the coefficient of variation was 27.66%.The correlation analysis showed that the kernel yield was negatively correlated with the diameter and mass of the core.Fruit yield was negatively correlated with fruit diameter, and positively correlated with fruit shape index, core mass, core diameter and fruit yield.According to the actual demand of production, for eicellent qermplasm ‘D162’ ‘D1’ ‘D59’ and‘D126’ were screened out by taking the kernel rate of fresh fruit(>8.50%) and the kernel rate(>40.00%) as the main screening rate.
