Abstract: Based on the input-output panel data of facilities in Central and Southern Hebei from 2014 to 2019,the DEA-Malmquist model was used to study the production efficiency and total factor productivity of the region.The results showed that the production of facility vegetables in the Central and Southern of Hebei was high input-output and low production efficiency.Comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency were ineffective, and the main reason was that the lower scale efficiency.The total factor productivity showed negative growth, mainly technological progress played a negative role in it.Therefore, adjusting the scale of production and accelerating the implementation of green production technology and optimizing resource elements were effective approach to improve production efficiency in the region.
