Abstract:
Taking tree roses varieties(‘Feishan’and ‘Fenshan’)as research materials,using potted plants to control water,the photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll fluorescence and stalk flow of potted tree roses under drought treatment were measured with a chlorophyll fluorescence imager,a portable photosynthesis meter and a stem flow meter.The effect of continuous drought stress on the photosynthetic efficiency of two tree-shaped roses was studied,and the specific physiological response behavior and drought resistance of two tree-shaped roses to drought stress were preliminary analyzed,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of drought-resistant tree roses and the water management of tree roses under drought conditions.The results showed that under drought stress,both tree roses showed similar response behaviors to continuous drought,but‘Fenshan’was more resistant to drought than‘Feishan’.These results indicated that‘Fenshan’could maintain the water supply through a relatively higher sap flow rate to improve photosynthetic efficiency when responding to drought stress.In the future,the water supply management of the two tree roses should strengthen the water supply of the‘Feishan’.
