干旱胁迫对两种树状月季光合特性及茎流的影响

Effects on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Stem Flow of Two Types of Tree Roses Under Drought Stress

  • 摘要: 以树状月季“粉扇”和“绯扇”为试材,采用盆栽控水方法,利用叶绿素荧光成像仪、便携式光合仪和茎流仪对干旱处理的盆栽树状月季“绯扇”和“粉扇”的光合特性、叶绿素荧光和茎流进行测定,研究了持续的干旱胁迫对2种树状月季光合效率的影响,初步分析2种树状月季对干旱胁迫的具体生理反应行为和抗旱性强弱,以期为培育抗旱树状月季和干旱条件下树状月季的水分管理提供参考依据。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,树状月季“粉扇”和“绯扇”对持续的干旱均表现出相似的生理反应行为,但是“粉扇”对干旱的抗性要强于“绯扇”,说明在应答干旱胁迫时“粉扇”可以通过相对更高的茎流速率来保持水分的供应以提高光合效率,在今后对2种树状月季供水管理时,应该加强“绯扇”的水分供应。

     

    Abstract: Taking tree roses varieties(‘Feishan’and ‘Fenshan’)as research materials,using potted plants to control water,the photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll fluorescence and stalk flow of potted tree roses under drought treatment were measured with a chlorophyll fluorescence imager,a portable photosynthesis meter and a stem flow meter.The effect of continuous drought stress on the photosynthetic efficiency of two tree-shaped roses was studied,and the specific physiological response behavior and drought resistance of two tree-shaped roses to drought stress were preliminary analyzed,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of drought-resistant tree roses and the water management of tree roses under drought conditions.The results showed that under drought stress,both tree roses showed similar response behaviors to continuous drought,but‘Fenshan’was more resistant to drought than‘Feishan’.These results indicated that‘Fenshan’could maintain the water supply through a relatively higher sap flow rate to improve photosynthetic efficiency when responding to drought stress.In the future,the water supply management of the two tree roses should strengthen the water supply of the‘Feishan’.
