四川省玫瑰产业发展现状、存在的问题及建议

Development Status, Problems and Suggestions of Rose Industry in Sichuan Province

  • 摘要: 以四川阿坝藏族羌族自治州、凉山彝族自治州、德阳市、绵阳市、达州市等地为调研对象,采用实地调查、走访和查阅相关资料等方法,系统分析四川省玫瑰产业发展现状以及面临的问题,以期充分了解四川省玫瑰产业的发展现状,剖析其存在的主要问题,也为进一步做大做强玫瑰产业提出发展建议。结果表明:四川省发展玫瑰产业具有自然资源条件优异、地方产业政策优势突出、发展态势良好等优势,但存在生产管理粗放、产品同质化严重、产品附加值较低、科技创新投入不足等特点。玫瑰种植规模较大,分布四川全域;加工产业以玫瑰花茶、玫瑰酱、玫瑰精油、玫瑰纯露等市场销售产品加工为主,加工水平相对较低;近年来玫瑰旅游产业得到初步发展,待进一步提升。四川省的玫瑰产业发展前景好,市场空间大,需政府积极引导支持,企业也应进一步加大科技投入,加强产业技术创新,注重产业品牌打造。

     

    Abstract: The major rose-producing areas including Aba Prefecture,Liangshan Prefecture,Deyang,Mianyang and Dazhou were taken as the research object,with method of field investigation,interview and literature research,the status and problems of rose industry were systematically summarized and analyzed,so as to provide development strategies and suggestions for further expanding and strengthening rose industry of Sichuan Province.The results showed that the rose industry in Sichuan Province had many advantages such as excellent natural resource conditions,good industrial policy and prospective development trend.On the other hand,some shortages were still existed,including extensive management,product homogenization,low value-added products,and insufficient investment in science and technology,etc.The rose were widely cultivated in Sichuan,and the flowers were mainly collected to extract rose essential oil and rose water,which were typical raw material of cosmetics.Besides,the flowers could be processed as rose tea and rose sauce.These goods were best-selling processed products in market.Nevertheless,the level of processing technology was relatively low.As for rose-related tourism industry,it still had large room for improvement.Totally,the rose industry of Sichuan Province had vast market potential and development prospect.Hopefully,it should be scientifically guided and strongly supported by the government.Besides,the companies may further increase investment in research and development,promote technological innovation,and build brand culture.
