Abstract:
Taking ‘Qingyu’ cucumber as the test material, method of greenhouse cultivation was used.The effects of four light qualities(full spectrum, R∶B=3∶1,R∶B=3∶2,and R∶B=3∶3) on the cucumber growth, photosynthetic pigment, and antioxidant enzyme activities, malondialdehyde content, fruit quality and yield were studied, in order to provide reference for the optimization of supplementary light technology in winter solar greenhouse cucumber cultivation.The results showed that compared with the control without supplemental light, each treatment could increase the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, and number of leaves of cucumber, increase the content of chlorophyll and carotenoid, POD and CAT activities in leaves, reduce the content of MDA.The content of vitamin C,soluble protein, soluble sugar in the fruit and yield of cucumber were improved.Among them, R∶B=3∶3 or 3∶2 could significantly promote the growth of cucumber, the plant height increases by 16.1% and 16.8%,the stem diameter increases by 4.4% and 5.6%,the number of leaves increases by 11.0% and 12.1%,and the leaf area increases by 4.3% and 6.2%,and could significantly improve cucumber fruit quality and yield, cucumber vitamin C,soluble sugar, and soluble protein content increased by 12.3%,25.6%,11.2% and 12.3%,34.4%,12.1%,and yield increased by 7.8% and 8.8%.To sum up, LED red and blue ratio of 3∶3 or 3∶2 was the effective light quality for cucumber planting in solar greenhouse.
