Abstract:
Brown spot pathogen Phomopsis sp.,black spot pathogen Chaetomium bostrychodes,Fusarium oxysporum,Alternaria, and powdery mildew of Microsphaera lonicerae were used as materials.Plate confrontation culture and field effectiveness test methods were adopted to study the antagonistic activity and field control effect of rhizosphere soil microorganism of honeysuckle, in order to screen out a biocontrol potential bacterium with the best control effect on powdery mildew of honeysuckle in the field. The results showed that among the 6 strains of bacteria with biocontrol potential, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 7 T6 was the best one on control effect on powdery mildew of honeysuckle. The field randomized block experiments showed that on the 3
rd day of the experiments, the control effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 7 T6 fermentation broth on powdery mildew of honeysuckle was slightly lower than that of 43% tebuconazole SC.When the experiments went on 7
th day, the efficacy of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 7 T6 fermentation broth reached 81.22% and 88.47% at the dosage of 325 g·(15 kg)
-1 and 650 g·(15 kg)
-1,which was not significantly different from that of 43% tebuconazole SC control effect(87.40%).The results that although the fast-acting property of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 7 T6 fermentation broth was slightly lower than that of tebuconazole, but the efficacy persistence of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 7 T6 fermentation broth was obvious, and the effects were also significant on improving the color of honeysuckle leaves and promoting the growth of shoots.
