Abstract:
Based on 926sets of data from 84continuous cropping trials published from 2005to 2021,the influence of continuous cropping obstacles on soil microorganisms was studied by using Meta-analysis method,in order to provide reference for solving the problem caused by continuous cropping in farmland. The results showed that continuous cropping resulted in the increase of the soil fungi(28.20%)and the decrease of bacteria(19.85%),actinomycetes(16.05%)and the microbial Shannon index(6.01%).Compared with the crops tolerant in continuous cropping and short-period continuous cropping, the crops avoiding continuous cropping significantly reduced the soil bacteria(25.10%)and actinomycetes(26.86%).The years for continuous cropping was significantly negative with the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in farmland(P<0.05).In the different regions having different annual temperature and rainfall, continuous cropping consistently resulted in the change of microbial diversity.Continuous cropping obstacles significantly affected the population and diversity of soil microbial, with the main influencing factors being crop type and yeas for continuous cropping.
