吉林省乡村振兴与农业绿色高质量发展的耦合协调研究

Coupling Coordination of Rural Revitalization and the Green and High-quality Development of Agriculture in Jilin Province

  • 摘要: 以吉林省14个县(市)为例,运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型和空间自相关,综合构建乡村振兴与农业绿色高质量发展的指标体系,分析2012—2021年吉林省乡村振兴与农业绿色高质量发展水平及耦合协调的时空分异格局,以期揭示乡村振兴与农业绿色高质量发展的内在规律,可为美丽乡村建设提供参考依据。结果表明:吉林省乡村振兴与农业绿色高质量发展综合指数均呈增长态势,前者发展速度总体大于后者;时序上耦合协调度由拮抗耦合演变为良性耦合阶段,两大系统不断呈正向比例变化;空间上耦合协调度呈“西高东低”的不均衡发展格局,但区域差异程度不断趋向缓和,空间自相关性也逐渐增强。为进一步筑牢二者协同发展,从制度体系设计和特色产业发展维度提出二者协同发展路径。

     

    Abstract: To objectively measure the level of rural revitalization and green and high-quality development of agriculture,explore their coupling and coordination relationship,and provide useful reference for decision making on rural revitalization and green and high-quality development of agriculture in Jilin Province.In the study,the counties in the western agro-pastoral interlocking area and the eastern forest ecological function area were used as examples.The index system of rural revitalization and green high-quality development of agriculture was comprehensively constructed,and the entropy value method and coupling coordination degree were used to analyze spatiotemporal differentiation patterns of rural revitalization and green high-quality development of agriculture in Jilin Province from 2012to 2021.The results showed that the level of rural revitalization and green and high-quality development of agriculture in Jilin Province were both growing,and the development speed of the former is generally greater than that of the latter;the coupling and coordination state of rural revitalization and green and high-quality development of agriculture evolves from antagonistic coupling to benign coupling stage,and the two systems keep changing in positive proportion;the spatial pattern of uneven development was‘high in the west and low in the east’,but the degree of regional differences keeps moderating.In order to further build up the synergistic development of the two,a synergistic development path between the two was proposed from the dimension of system system design and characteristic industry development.
