Abstract:
Walnut wood decayed mushroom substrate was used as the test material, and the compound substrate grass charcoal∶vermiculite∶perlite=1∶1∶1was used as the control, and the proportion of walnut wood chips spent mushroom substrate with garden soil was compounded and cucumber seedlings were grown at the ratios of 25%,50%,75%and 100%,respectively.The effects of different formulations of substrates on the growth of cucumber seedlings were investigated,in order to provide reference for the use of walnut wood-rotting mushroom residues as seedling nursery substrate materials. The results showed that walnut wood rotting fungus residue could increase the bulk density, total porosity,air-water ratio and water-holding porosity of garden soil, and the porosity of ventilation showed an increasing trend.pH decreased with the increase of the proportion of bacterial residue, and the contents of EC value, organic matter content, increased with the increase of the proportion of bacterial residue. The plant height, stem thickness, fresh weight and dry weight of cucumber plants with 50%decay residue were added to the garden soil, and the chlorophyll content and leaf area were significantly increased. In summary, walnut wood rotten bacteria residue could be used as a compound material for cucumber seedling substrate production.
