黄瓜枯萎病拮抗真菌的筛选与鉴定

Screening and Identification of Antagonistic Fungi Against Cucumber Fusarium Wilt

  • 摘要: 以黄瓜枯萎病菌为靶标菌,以从土壤中分离纯化的真菌菌株为试验菌株,采用平板对峙法进行初筛并对发酵液抑菌率进行复筛,结合形态学鉴定与分子生物学鉴定的方法,研究了土壤中分离所得真菌对黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑菌效果,进行拮抗菌株的筛选与鉴定,以期为黄瓜枯萎病的生物防治提供参考依据。结果表明:有6株菌株拮抗效果较明显,其中14号菌株的抑菌率最高,为70.83%;构建系统发育树,将14号菌株鉴定为绳状篮状菌Talaromyces funiculosus。

     

    Abstract: Fusarium oxysporumf.sp.cucumerinum was used as the target fungal,and the fungal strain isolated and purified from the soil was used as the test strain.The plate confrontation method was used for primary screening and the inhibition rate of the fermentation broth was used for re-screening.Combined with morphological and molecular biological method,the inhibitory effect of fungi isolated from soil on cucumber Fusarium wilt was studied,and the antagonistic strains were screened and identified,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the biological control of cucumber Fusarium wilt.The results showed that there were six strains with obvious antagonistic effect,among which strain 14 had the highest inhibition rate of 70.83%.The phylogenetic tree was constructed and strain 14 was confirmed as Talaromyces funiculosus.
