早春大棚菜豆/芹菜间作对其产量和品质的影响
Effects of Kidney Bean/Celery Intercropping on Its Yield and Quality

摘要: 以芹菜和菜豆为试材,采用大棚田间试验,共设置4个处理,分别为菜豆单作、芹菜单作、菜豆与芹菜间作1∶1处理和2∶2处理;研究了不同间作模式对菜豆和芹菜生长、产量和品质的影响,以期为改善温光环境、提高蔬菜品质提供参考依据。结果表明:与芹菜单作(QCK)相比,与菜豆间作处理的芹菜显著提高了株高和鲜质量;与菜豆单作(CCK)相比,与芹菜间作处理的菜豆产量分别提高了22.4%(1∶1)和3.0%(2:2);2∶2间作处理显著降低了芹菜硝酸盐含量,显著增加了菜豆的可溶性蛋白质和维生素C含量。总之,菜豆/芹菜间作促进了芹菜的生长,提高了菜豆的产量以及菜豆和芹菜的品质,在农业生产中具有指导意义。Abstract: Taking celery and kidney beans as crop materials, four treatments as kidney bean monocropping, celery monocropping, celery and kidney bean intercropping 1∶1 treatment and 2∶2 treatments were carried out in greenhouse and the effects of different intercropping patterns on kidney beans and celery growth, yield and quality were studied, in order to provide reference basis for improving the temperature and light environment and the vegetables quality.The results showed that compared with monocropping celery(QCK) and kidney beans(CCK),celery intercropped with kidney beans significantly increased celery′s height and fresh weight and increased kidney beans′ yield about 22.4%(1∶1) and 3.0%(2∶2).Besides, intercropping treatment(2∶2) significantly decreased the nitrate content of celery and increased the soluble protein and vitamin C content of kidney beans.In all, the kidney bean/celery intercropping can promote the growth and quality, which has guiding significance in agricultural ecology system.
