Abstract:
The F
1 generation tissue culture seedlings of Cymbidium hybridum ‘Dafeng’×C.serratum var. goeringii ‘Taiji Shengmei’ were used as test materials, and different LED light quality irradiation methods were used to study the effects of different LED light quality irradiation on the growth of F
1 generation tissue culture seedlings of Cymbidium hybridum ‘Dafeng’×C.serratum var.goeringii ‘Taiji Shengmei’,in order to provide reference for the breeding of new varieties of orchids and the production of industrial seedlings. The results showed that, 1) under yellow light(Y) irradiation, the plant was the highest and the root was the thickest. The root length of the plant was the longest under red light(R) irradiation.Under the irradiation of red, blue and yellow composite light(RBY),the proliferation coefficient of adventitious buds was the largest, which was 2.03.The leaf length, leaf width, leaf number, stem diameter and fresh weight of the plants under red, blue and green composite light(RBG) irradiation were the best, which were 3.82 cm, 4.36 mm, 11.66 pieces, 7.97 mm and 1.49 g, respectively.2)Under blue light(B) irradiation, the soluble protein content was the highest, which was 0.115 7 mg ·g
-1;under the red and blue compound light(RB) irradiation, the soluble sugar content was the highest; under RBG irradiation, the chlorophyll content was the highest, which was 2.15 mg·g
-1.Based on the above, compared with white fluorescence, LED light quality could promote the growth of F
1 tissue culture seedlings of Cymbidium hybridum ‘Dafeng’×C.serratum var.goeringii ‘Taiji Shengmei’.RBG treatment promoted plant growth and chloroplast pigment synthesis, RBY irradiation was beneficial to bud proliferation, B treatment promoted protein synthesis, and RB treatment promoted soluble sugar accumulation.RGB could be used as the best light source for the growth of F
1 seedlings of Cymbidium hybridum ‘Dafeng’×C.serratum var. goeringii ‘Taiji Shengmei’.
