Abstract:
Taking 16 varieties of Ardisia crenata as test material, the principal component analysis, correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used, the genetic diversity of 16 varieties of Ardisia crenata were studied,in order to provide reference for the protection, application, variety diversification and breeding of existing A.crenata variety resources. The results showed that,1)the variation range of 10 quantitative traits was 11.34%-40.07%,and the average coefficient of variation was 24.89%.There was a certain correlation among the quantitative traits, among which the correlation index of plant height and branch height was extremely significant.2)The Shannon-Wiener diversity indexes(H′)was 0.37 to 1.12,among which fruit color, leaf back color and leaf surface waviness showed high genetic diversity.3)Cluster analysis divided 16experimental A.crenata cultivar resources into three groups, and fruit color, plant height, leaf color and other traits were the main basis of phenotypic clustering.4)Based on the results of principal component analysis, the comprehensive score of phenotypic traits was calculated, and four cultivars with high ornamental value were selected,‘Ping′an Fugui’‘Jinbian Fugui’‘Zhuye Fugui’and ‘Jinxiu’,which could be used as A.crenata core germplasm resources in the future.
