不同葡萄砧木叶绿素荧光参数对高温的响应

High Temperature Response of Chlorophyll Fluorescence of Different Grape Rootstock Cultivars

  • 摘要: 以15个葡萄砧木为试材,测定高温下葡萄砧木叶片叶绿素荧光参数等指标,研究高温对15个葡萄砧木叶片净光合速率和叶绿素荧光参数的影响,以期为葡萄的嫁接栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:2020年鄯善县高温天气集中在7月底8月初,高于40℃的温度时长可达7 h。高温下的叶片相对含水量和相对电导率有所下降,R4、R5、R8和R9净光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线,其余砧木叶片净光合速率呈双峰曲线,大峰在上午,小峰在下午,14:00或16:00出现低谷,有典型的"午睡"现象;Fo随温度的升高而升高,当温度达40℃以上时,几乎无变化,Fm、Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm的日变化呈大"U"型。将与叶片荧光参数的Fo、Fm、Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm进行模糊隶属函数分析,并对综合值进行排序。R11排名第一,R18排名第二,依次是R7、R2、R5、R8、R4、R16、R6、R10、R19、R3、R1、R13、R9。

     

    Abstract: Taking 15 grape rootstocks as experimental materials,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters was measured under high temperature.The effects of high temperature on net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 15 grape rootstocks were investigated,in order to provide a reference for the grafting cultivation of grape.The results showed that the hot weather is concentrated in late July and early August in shanshan in 2020,the temperature above 40 ℃ can be as long as 7 hours.Leaf relative water content and relative conductivity were decreased,net photosynthetic rate of R4,R5,R8 and R9 changed as a single peak curve and others showed a-double peak,the big peak is in the morning and the small peak is in the afternoon,the hump was appeated at 14:00 or 16:00,there′s a midday depression of photosynthesis,Fo was increased,accompanied by temperature increased and Fo was no long changed when temperature above 40 ℃,diurnal fluctuation of Fm、Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm was ‘U’.Fuzzy membership function analysis was used to analysis Fo、Fm、Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm and sort the composite value,R11 was number 1,the next was R18,R7,R2,R5,R8,R4,R16,R6,R10,R19,R3,R1,R13,R9 in turn.
