不同盐碱胁迫对草莓生长与生理的影响

Effects of Different Saline-alkali Stress on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Fragaria ananassa Duch.

  • 摘要: 以“香野”草莓为试材,采用盆栽培养的方式,研究了不同浓度下中性盐、混合盐碱、碱性盐3种类型盐碱胁迫对草莓生长与生理特性的影响,以期为“香野”草莓在河南中北部盐碱地的推广种植提供参考依据。结果表明:草莓通过提高茎叶生物量,降低根部生物量,提高根系活力,提高体内渗透调节物质积累,提高抗氧化酶的活性来抵御低浓度盐碱胁迫,但随着胁迫浓度加大,草莓体内丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,受害加重,根系活力降低,一些渗透调节物质含量降低,抗氧化酶活性受到抑制,接着各部分生物量减少。3种盐碱类型中碱性盐对草莓造成危害最大,混合盐碱次之,中性盐最小。

     

    Abstract: Taking ‘Xiangye’ strawberry as the test material, the effects of three types of saline-alkali stress on the growth and physiological characteristics of strawberries under different concentrations of neutral salt, mixed saline-alkali and alkaline salt were studied by using pot cultivation, in order to provide reference for the promotion and planting of ‘Xiangye’ strawberry in saline-alkali land in central and northern Henan.The results showed that by increasing leaf biomass, the root biomass of strawberry reduced, root activity and the osmotic regulation substances accumulated inside body was improved, the activity of antioxidant enzymes to withstand low concentration salinity-alkalinity stress was enhanced, but with the stress concentration increased, MDA content in strawberry increased, the victim was aggravating, root activity reduced, some lower osmotic regulation substanced content, antioxidant enzyme activity was restrained.The biomass of each part decreased.Among the three types of salt and alkali, alkaline salt caused the most harm to strawberry, mixed salt and alkali followed, and neutral salt was the least.
