Abstract: Promoting the high-quality development of the fruit industry is of great significance toconsolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation in the poverty-stricken areas,promoting both the further implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and modernization of agricultural and rural areas.In recent years,fruit industry in Guizhou has developed tremendously and has playing an important role in promoting agricultural efficiency,increasing farmers′income and facilitating rural development.However,the high-quality development of fruit industry is faced with many challenges such as weak infrastructure,insufficient scientific and technological support capacity,prominent factor bottleneck constraints and weak driving force of business entities.Based on this,focusing on the requirements of high-quality development goals,some suggestions were proposed,including further strengthening the construction of supporting infrastructure,building up the support of scientific and technological talents,expanding new business entities,promoting the construction of standardized brands,strengthening supervision of industries and departments.
