基于因子分析联合熵值法的河北省食用菌种植综合效益评价

Evaluation of Comprehensive Benefits of Edible Fungi Cultivation in Hebei Province Based on Factor Analysis Combined With Entropy Method

  • 摘要: 食用菌产业是农业经济的重要组成部分,生产过程中通过利用各种农、林、牧副产品,将木质纤维转化为优质食物,实现立体高效生产、环保可循环的种植模式,因此食用菌产业可持续发展对整个农业产业来说至关重要。通过收集10个食用菌品种的产值、种植面积、用工人数等指标数据,从土地产出率、成本利润率等6个方面构建指标体系,采用因子分析联合熵值法对河北省食用菌种植综合效益进行评价。2种分析法中10个品种综合效益评价结果排名较为相似,羊肚菌综合效益最高,白灵菇、双孢菇综合效益最差。在对10个食用菌品种综合效益分析的基础上,认为应在提高食用菌产业资源利用效率的同时,建立食用菌种植综合效益评价体系并积极调整河北省食用菌种植结构。

     

    Abstract: Edible fungus industry is an important part of agricultural economy, the production process through the use of a variety of agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry by-products, the wood fiber into high-quality food, to achieve three-dimensional efficient production, environmental protection and recycling planting mode, so the sustainable development of edible fungus industry is very important to the entire agricultural industry.By collecting the index data of output value, planting area and number of workers of ten edible fungus varieties, an index system was constructed from six aspects of land yield rate and cost profit rate, and the comprehensive benefits of edible fungus cultivation in Hebei Province were evaluated by factor analysis combined with entropy method.The ranking of comprehensive benefit evaluation results of the ten varieties in the two methods was similar, the comprehensive benefit of Morchella was the highest, and the comprehensive benefit of Pleurotus vulgaris and Bisporus mushroom was the worst.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive benefit of ten edible fungus varieties, it was suggested that the evaluation system of the comprehensive benefit of edible fungus planting should be established and the planting structure of edible fungus in Hebei Province should be adjusted actively while improving the utilization efficiency of edible fungus industry resources.
