Abstract: Vegetable supply chain is the whole process from planting,testing,processing,storage and transportation to sales.There are high quality and safety risks and hidden dangers in many links.Aiming at the key links and typical problems of quality and safety management of vegetable supply chain,this study introduced blockchain technology,and made exploratory research on the mechanism and path of quality and safety management of vegetable supply chain enabled by blockchain.Taking blockchain as the underlying technology,the quality and safety monitoring system of vegetable supply chain was constructed to realize real-time data collection,real-time process monitoring and final problem traceability,which laid a foundation for building an efficient and orderly food safety system.
