Abstract:
Taking ‘Ningqi No.7’ as the test material, five kinds of bioorganic fertilizer treatments were set up, and no bioorganic fertilizer was used as the control(CK).Field experiments were conducted on the yield and soil properties of Lycium barbarum, and the effects of application of bioorganic fertilizer on the growth and soil properties of Lycium barbarum in saline-alkali land in Qaidam area were studied, in order to provide reference for improving the yield and quality of organic wolfberry garden. The results showed that, 1) compared with CK,the application of bio-organic fertilizer significantly reduced soil conductivity and pH,and increased the contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, alkali-hydrolytic N,available P and available K in soil. The soil improvement effect of A3 treatment was obvious.2) After application of bioorganic fertilizer, the activities of peroxidase(POD) and polyphenol oxidase(PPO) in leaves of Lycium barbarum were significantly increased, while the photosynthetic characteristics of Lycium barbarum were improved, and A3 treatment had the best promoting effect.3) Compared with CK,the yield of each treatment increased by 8.1%-34.9%,and the fruit quality was improved. The contents of total sugar, Lycium barbarum polysaccharide, flavonoids, carotenoids, betaine, ascorbic acid and polyphenols in Lycium barbarum fruits were significantly increased compared with CK,respectively, and the fruit quality of A3 treatment was the best. After comprehensive evaluation, it was concluded that the application of bioorganic fertilizer could improve soil properties, increased enzyme activity of leaves, promoted photosynthesis of Lycium barbarum, and improved fruit yield and quality, among which the application of two kinds of bioorganic fertilizer per 1 hm~2,respectively, 33.00 kg and 24.75 L had the best effect.
