Abstract:
Coprinus comatus,as a rare edible and medicinal fungus with rich nutritional value, has a huge market potential.The cultivation techniques of Coprinus comatus in facilities greenhouses in Northern Xinjiang were systematically summarized according to the characteristics of long winter in Northern Xinjiang and large temperature fluctuation after warming.This study focused on the cultivation season, facility greenhouse transformation, culture material formula, cultivation mode, pest control, harvesting standards and post harvest management, which would provide reference for the development of Coprinus comatus industry in Northern Xinjiang.
