Abstract:
Taking ‘Hongyang’ kiwifruit as test material, four different types of fruit bags(composite bag, yellow bag, black bag and white bag) were used to study the single fruit weight, longitudinal and transverse diameter, pulp sugar and acid content and pulp pigment content, and so on.And it also included the law of change with the intent to provide reference for high-quality production of ‘Hongyang’ kiwifruit. The results showed that the anthocyanin content and soluble sugar content of inner pericarp treated with composite bag were significantly higher than those of other treatments at harvest and post ripening, and the chlorophyll content and titratable acid content at harvest were significantly lower than those of other treatments, and the sarcocarp was the reddest. The anthocyanin content of inner pericarp with white bag was lower, at harvest time the soluble solids content, titratable acid content and chlorophyll content of mesocarp were higher, and the sarcocarp color was green. The content of soluble sugar in mesocarp was higher in black bag treatment at after-ripening.The soluble sugar content of mesocarp and endocarp treated with yellow bag was lower. There was no significant correlation between the single fruit weight, longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter of each treatment at the harvest time. There was no significant law in the content of flavonoids in each treatment. In conclusion, the treat of composite bag had the lower chlorophyll content and higher anthocyanin content, its sarcocarp showed yellowish green, also the central red was more prominent. And the treat increased the soluble sugar content and reduced the titratable acid content of fruit, so improved the comprehensive quality of fruit.
