Abstract:
Taking three-year-old ‘Qiyuexian’ jujube as test material, and four actinomycete dosage treatments were set(CK did not apply actinomycete; T1,T2 and T3 were applied with 10,15 g and 20 g per plant actinomycetes respectively),the effects of different doses of actinomycetes on the diurnal variation of photosynthesis, light response curve, yield per plant, fruit quality, excellent fruit rate, total sugar and titratable acid of jujube were studied by combining field experiment and laboratory analysis, in order to explore the application effect of actinomycetes on jujube, and promote the quality and efficiency of Xinjiang jujube by improving soil microecology. The results showed that compared with the control, T2 and T3 reduced the midday depression of photosynthesis, significantly increased the maximum net photosynthetic rate(40.95% and 48.92%),dark respiration rate(26.63% and 48.52%) and light saturation point(35.57% and 43.42%) of leaves in Aksu. There was no significant difference in yield and fruit quality under different dosage of actinomycete. The rate of excellent fruit increased significantly only under the treatment of T3.In addition, the titratable sugar content of jujube fruit increased, while the total acid content decreased by 7.93%-18.27%,which significantly increased the sugar acid ratio. In Hotan, compared with the control, the yield per plant, excellent fruit rate and single fruit weight of T2 and T3 were significantly increased by 25.95% and 27.13%,47.40% and 50.27%,21.77% and 19.64%,respectively.Actinomycete can promote the photosynthesis of jujubeand increase the yield and quality. The suitable dosage of actinomycete was 15 g or 20 g per plant.
